I’m Razvan, and I run WP Paladin from Tenerife. For years I looked for more than 1,500 websites for an online education platform: hosting, WordPress, DNS, email and security. Now I do the same for small businesses, at a price that makes sense and addressing the real challenges for busy people.

Questions
Do you build websites?
No. We look after WordPress sites that already exist. If you need changes, the edits extra or our hourly rate covers them.
Can you fix any hacked site?
On the plan, we recover your site from a clean backup and close the way in. That is why daily backups and malware scans matter: a hack is spotted early, while a clean copy still exists. If a site is badly infected and has no clean backup, we look at it first and give you a price before doing anything.
What do you need from me to start?
Admin access to your WordPress site and access to your hosting. We store it securely and never share it.
Do I keep access to my own site?
Yes. It is your site and you keep full access. Please check with us before installing new plugins or making big changes. If a change of yours breaks the site, we restore it from a backup, but we don’t rebuild or set up the change itself. That is paid work, and we quote it first.
How fast do you react if my site is down?
We start work as soon as we see the problem, usually within a few hours during support hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Canary time). At the latest, we are on it by the next working day.
What counts as a small edit?
Updating text, prices or opening hours, swapping images, or adding a blog post you send us ready to publish. New pages, design work or new features are quoted first.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time with 30 days’ notice. No contract and no cancellation fee. If you are not happy in the first 30 days, we refund your first payment in full.
Can I add another website later?
Yes. Send us a request through the contact form and we’ll set it up. Each extra site is €19 per month, added to your existing plan.
Which hosting do you work with?
